A. Firstly we will conduct a free site visit, during which we will measure the area, and discuss possible options for the marquee. After the visit you will receive a quotation based on your requirements.
We recommend 1-2 days before and after the event. The price will depend upon the

duration of the event.

A basic package consists of the marquee (no lining), carpet and bulb lighting.
Yes. We offer a range of high quality furnishing services that can make your function or event look that extra bit special. Prices and services are available on request.
Yes. We can provide this option by connecting two marquees. A drainage system is put in place to ensure rain is unable to get in-between the two marquees.
No. Even though our marquees are fire retardant, cooking will damage the PVC and

lining material. However, we can provide a marquee specifically for cooking.

Unfortunately not. We will however get the marquee as close to your house as possible. We can also provide marquee walkways which will be attached to the main marquee.
Yes. However, our frame structured marquees are state-of- the-art, with a wind loading of over 90mph and therefore safe to use at any time of the year. We also use rope and stakes in the ground to secure the marquee further.
It is within our policy that no crepe paper is to be used inside or outside the marquee. The colour of the crepe paper will damage PVC material.
No. We do not allow any sticking (i.e. sellotape, stapling, blutac) on the lining and

PVC.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is initially taken to confirm the booking. The remainder

of the payment will be made at least 3 days before the marquee is to be erected.
